Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Oceanice offers complimentary free US shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Oceanice Jewelry ships within the United States. We may expand international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Oceanice Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oceanice Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
